FIC is proud to announce Michael Scott Scudder will present at this year’s Canadian Forum State of the Industry Address Friday, August 17, 2007 at 1:30pm. Since 1991, Michael Scott Scudder has consulted to and advised over 450 fitness facilities in 46 states and 7 foreign countries on advertising, marketing, operations management, programming, personal training, group fitness, and business planning, development and evaluation. |
Michael will address the issue of US competition entering the Canadian market and will field audience questions. Following Michael’s address, FIC will provide an update of industry initiatives including progress on legislative issues, the Adult Fitness Tax Credit campaign, music licensing and certification standardization. Provincial Council Meeting at Can-Fit-Pro
If you are currently or are thinking of becoming a Provincial Council member, please join us Thursday August 16th for the annual Can-Fit-Pro Provincial Councils meeting at 4:00pm in room number 810. We will discuss important legislation initiatives, provincial Adult Fitness and Children Fitness Tax Credit campaigns, provide updated contact information for provincial ministers and members of parliament, and introduce currently participating Provincial Council members.
