The Alliance Fitness Corporation is proud to announce the acquisition of three of the Family Fitness and seven of the Exclusively Women’s Fitness Centres by GoodLife Fitness. The official transition takes place November 1st, 2007; all ten centres will keep their current names.

Goodlife Fitness was founded in 1979 by David Patchell-Evans, who remains very involved in day-to-day business operations. They currently have 144 non-franchised clubs which stretch across Canada. Goodlife is privately owned and is a 100% Canadian company with its headquarters located in London, Ontario.
