We are here to advocate on your behalf! • Currently, FIC is fighting a proposed tariff from the Neighbouring Rights Collective of Canada, a group which has proposed charging all fitness clubs 5% of gross revenue per month and $3 per group exercise class for the use of copyrighted music. • We’re also advocating for the implementation of an Adult Fitness Tax Credit, both federally and provincially. If implemented, it will see membership in your club rise significantly.
