US Franchiser Snap Fitness Expands into Canada

Minnesota-based Snap Fitness, franchisor of compact, 24/7 fitness centres, has announced the sale of its 1,000th location. The company expects to end 2007 with more than 1,200 units plus expansion into Canada. With 430 centres operating in 45 states and 30 to 40 opening each month, Snap is the fastest-growing franchisor of 24/7 “express fitness” centres according to Club Business International.
